"Nice scent, wish it stayed a little longer"
I picked this up from rahua.com. First thing I noticed was the smell. Earthy, fresh, kind of clean in a natural way. Not that heavy fake perfume shampoo scent, which I really appreciate. It does fade after a bit though. Not a dealbreaker for me, but I did find myself wishing it lingered just a little longer. Still really like it overall, so 4 stars

Shipping was a bit hit or miss for me. It took longer than I expected, which was annoying, but the package did show up in good shape, so it wasn’t a total problem.

"Nice ingredients, just a bit pricey"
I like this overall. The ingredients feel clean, and my hair seems to do well with it, so... yeah. I do think it’s a little expensive for what it is, but I’ll probably keep using it for now...

"My hair feels so much better now"
I started using the Rahua shampoo and conditioner after my highlights left my hair feeling super dry and kind of frizzy. After a few washes, I could definitely tell it was getting softer and smoother without feeling weighed down. It wasn’t an overnight miracle, but it really did make a difference for me. i’m impressed and happy I gave it a try.

"Good help, just tracking was a bit confusing"
I had a shipping question because my order wasn’t updating, so I emailed Rahua to see what was up. They got back to me the next day and explained everything, which I really appreciated tbh.
I’m giving 4 stars only because I wish the tracking info had been clearer from the beginning. But the support person was super nice and got it sorted out, so all good lol.
